| Matthew Ceglie
Matthew Ceglie has a BS in Physical Education from WVU. He is an
ISSA CPT-II, ISSA Golf Fitness Specialist, PCDI School of Fitness
and Nutrition Certified Atlanta, GA, Educator and Coach, Inventor,
Mentor, Husband and Father, National Internet Radio Show Co-host
of the Dave Depew Fitness and Nutrition Hour on World Talk Radio,
and a top amateur bodybuilder.
He is the CEO of Fit 4 Wealth, LLC which manages Fitness Together
Crown Point and soon Fitness Together Piazza Santaluz. Matthew has
been involved with sports and fitness since he was a child. But
it wasn't until 1996 that he wanted to use his knowledge of the
human body to help other achieve their health & fitness goals.
Matthew has been working tirelessly for the past 6 years to bring
more people to the fitness lifestyle. Two years ago during an interview
Matt set out to inspire one million people to fitness; one person
at a time. It isn't a matter of "if" it is just a matter
of "when."

| Jason Thompson
Jason has over 6 years of experience in the field of health and
fitness, and has worked in various settings including rehabilitation,
strength and conditioning, and general fitness training. His educational
background includes a BS in Exercise Physiology along with a minor
in Communications. Jason has also worked with special needs patients
at West Virginia University Hospital Human Performance Lab, taught
aquatic therapy classes and was the strength and conditioning assistant
head coach for the West Virginia High School state champion 00'
football team.
Jason meets with all new clients at the outset of their program
to evaluate fitness levels, set goals, and create an outline for
success. From there he motivates, educates, and instructs clients
towards their health and fitness goals. His success lies in his
client's success!

| Allan Nepomuceno
Since his early days as a small child, Allan has been passionate
about fitness. Everyday he would go to the kitchen cabinet to snack
on dehydrated spinach that his mother used in her recipes in hopes
of supernaturally gaining the muscular size and strength of his
idol, Popeye. This same desire carried over and manifested itself
during his years as a teenager when he took on weight lifting. During
his high school career, Allan led his football team in solo tackles
as a middle linebacker because of his physical dominance over his
peers. He was soon sought after by colleges such as UC Berkeley,
University of Nevada Reno, and USC, but little did Allan know his
life would take an unexpected turn.
Christianity was always a part of Allan's life, but during his
senior year in high school, he felt impressed to take a different
path in life-a path in helping others spiritually. This path inevitably
brought him to a Bible college where he earned a B.S. in Bible and
Theology. There Allan discovered his passion to help others. He
learned that if he lived for himself he could only help one person,
but if he lived for others he could help so many more.
Today Allan is actively involved in his church in San Diego. He
also has pursued formal training to improve his ability to help
others achieve their physical goals. Allan is currently certified
through AMFPT, ISSA and Fitness Together's in-house certification
program. He has been training for ten years but his never-ending
hunger for knowledge in fitness compels him to continue learning
new techniques and methods to provide his clients with the best
training available.

Michele Cogger
Michele has been passionate about fitness for as long as she can
remember. She is a certified Fitness Together trainer and is also
working toward a national certification in personal training. Exercise
and proper diet provide a strong foundation in Michele’s life,
and she is devoted to helping others find the importance of living—and
loving—a healthy lifestyle. As an experienced amateur Figure
competitor, she is a firm believer in setting goals and working
hard to achieve them. Her background in physique competitions has
taught her the importance of strength training and cardiovascular
activity, and sparked her passion to help others achieve their own
fitness goals.
